Motion Fitness Club is now offering a brand-new innovation in workout programming to help you achieve your highest level of fitness.

Our 12|Pack Personal Training System is designed to help you achieve a monthly goal of consistent training 2-3 times each week. Through our 3-Phase System, you will complete three of the following training phases over a 12-month period:

Our Personal Training team has designed a dynamic workout system so you will develop a specific training goal within a pre-determined length of time. You will establish a monthly appointment with a Personal Trainer to review your exercise records throught the current month, and to teach you the new workout program for the following month.

There is no better way to stay motivated than to have a BRAND NEW workout program designed for you every month! Our Personal Training team will help you establish a pre-determined goal for each phase, and ensure you achieve it through consistency, motivation, and consistent interaction with a fitness expert.
