Peformance Nutrition
The Performance& Nutrition program at Motion Fitness Club is designed to help Motion members achieve their wellness and body composition goals in the most efficient way possible. Our goal is to help members better understand the connection between health, dietary intake, and energy utilization. Our belief is that a proper diet should strive first and foremost toward health. When the body is in a healthful state, weight loss is a much easier target.
The Nutrition Program at Motion Fitness Club covers the following topics in Nutritional Development: 1. Portion Distortion 2. Restaurant Eating 3. Grocery shopping 4. High-Performance Diet 5. Supplements 6. Water Intake 7. Weight Management & Weight Loss Diet Our Registered Dietician will help our member determine which diet program is correct for them. Our expertise in both Performance Nutrition will assist members achieve whatever goals they have set for themselves. 30-60 minute sessions are available for both members and non-members. |
