Our Personal Trainers are focused on ensuring every member receives results. We accomplish this by utilizing a multi-faceted approach to goal achievement.

Our Program Design begins with 4 important steps:

 • Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation
 • 10-Page Excercise Prescription Report
 • Hands-on Personal Training Session
 • Performance Nutrition Counseling


After completing these 4 steps we will design you a dynamic program designed to help you attain your goals in the most efficient way possible.

Education is our #1 Priority.
The Personal Trainers at Motion Fitness Club are clearly the most educated trainers in the area. Prior to joining our team, the trainer must hold a current Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification or Exercise Science Degree, and must pass a written and practical examination. In addition, all staff must attend our weekly educational seminar in which they are taught Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, Program Design, Sport Specific Training, and Medically-based Training programs.
